Default shipping methods: Standard Ground (UPS)
We also offer the option of Customer Pickup, Courier Collect, and Overnight Shipping during checkout. Please be advised that extra charges will be incurred if Overnight Shipping option is chosen. Other shipping options are available upon customer’s request: Please make note of such request in the Shipping instructions during checkout.
Once your order is placed, we will calculate both shipping and your specific taxes and generate an invoice that will be sent out to you the same day your order is processed.

Shipping and handling, and hazmat fees are non-refundable. To return an item, you must receive prior authorization from KEGO, and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items are subject to a restocking fee. With exception to items returned under manufacturers warranty, requests to return items after thirty days will be subject to managerial approval and will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. In most cases, credit will be issued on account to be used against future purchases. Items must be returned within seven days of RA date, or no credit will be issued.
